HOURS
Extended Day begins on the first full day of school and ends on the last full day of school. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on full school days. The after school program is NOT provided on half days or on days that school closes early for an emergency.
The Early bird and K-4 enrichment programs are open on half days, but not during emergency closings.

PICK-UP
All students must be signed out before leaving the school grounds. Students will not be released to anyone who is not listed on the registration form. If necessary, a copy of your custody papers must be on file in our office. Please notify us if there is a change in pick-up arrangements.
SNACKS
Drinks are provided daily. Students may bring a snack from home. Snack bar is open for grades 1-8. Cost is $.50.
HOMEWORK
There is a mandatory study hall Monday-Thursday for all students in grades 1-8. It is the student's responsibility to use this time for homework, studying or reading assignments. Please be sure your child has paper, pens, pencils, etc. for use during study hall.
CLOTHING
Students may change into clothes other than the school uniform IF AND ONLY IF there is a valid reason to do so. The reason for this rule is that so many uniforms (skirts, jumpers, sweashirts, etc.) are lost. Please be sure clothing is appropriate and labeled with your child's name.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found is located on the table by the front door of the Parish Hall. Please check this table periodically. All labeled items will be returned to your child.
REGISTRATION
There is a $20.00 PER FAMILY registration fee.
FEES
Monthly fees are due in advance the first day of each month. We do not send bills unless it is to collect a late payment. If you send a payment with your child, please put it in an envelope marked "Extended Day" or write "Extended Day" on the check so it is not confused with tuition or any other fees. The monthly rate is the same each month regardless of the number of days. August and June (if necessary) are computed separately.
INFORMATION CHANGES
If, during the school year, your employment status or living arrangements change, please provide us IMMEDIATELY with this information so our records are up to date. If you have a change in address, employment, cell phone or beeper numbers we must know! In case of an emergency we rely on our records to contact you.
